When choosing your VOIP provider there are many things you need to ensure that your provider will offer you. Becoming a residential customer shouldn't mean that you are less prioritise.
At Viocom we do our best at ensuring that our customers recieve all the help that they require to always maintain great, quality, telephone lines. We are not bios, of course we would like you to spend with us than another company but if we believe we honestly cannot match your requirements we will still advise you on making an informed decision.
Many residential customers over the pass month have all came from using switch board services, and have been using our system all over the world.
There are no restrictions or extra charges with Viocom, that's what makes us unique. Why should we charge you for something that you've already paid for. Many VOIP providers market their products with hidden agendas, that's the main reason why Viocom was born. We aren't going to over charge you. We are specialist in this area and normally resolve all support tickets within 10 - 50mins.

Viocom Value products come with free extensions bundled into your prices, you may have a maximum of 2 extensions for Viocom Value 150, 4 extensions for Viocom Value 450 and 6 for Viocom Value 1300.
Viocom Value products are subject to holding only 20 voicemail messages at a time for when you are not available. Messages older than 60 days are removed automatically.
* - Viocom Value VOIP starts at £3.99 a month for the first 3 months excluding calls outside your monthly allowance. After our promotional period you'll then pay £5.99 a month thereafter excluding calls outside your monthly allowance.
** - Viocom Value VIOP will provide you with a monthly allowance set by the product you have choosen. Should you go over this allowance you will be charged at the cheapest rate available for the destination you have called.
*** - Viocom Numbers starts at £0.00 a month for the first 1 month. After our promotional period you'll then pay £0.99 a month thereafter if taken out with any Viocom Value or Viocom PBX products. If taken out without any of our products after our promotional period ends you'll then pay £3.99 a month thereafter.
All of our VOIP products require an internet connection. Minimum contract length of three months applies to Viocom Numbers.
